Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days

Shipments can occur on weekends or holidays based on availability of products.

If we are experiencing high volumes, you should expect a delay, however if longer than 2 days our representatives will notify you via email.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

An email will be sent to you with tracking information once the package is ready to be sent for shipping.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Weck Jars, LLC. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Weck Jars, LLC. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We do not ship internationally.
